Gymkhana Football Club is a semi-professional Singaporean football club founded in 2002 and is affiliated to the Football Association of Singapore (FAS). They won the National Football League (NFL) Division Two, a third tier of the Singapore football league system, in 2017.

In 2017, Gymkhana FC won the NFL Division Two title and will be promoted to NFL Division One for the next season.

However, Gymkhana FC made the new for the wrong reasons. On 21 October 2018, a referee was allegedly hit in the face by their player Jufri Hassan after being sent off in the match against Katong FC. The player received a life ban from the FAS.

Gymkhana FC was later expelled from the NFL in December 2018 as they were unable to field 11 players at the point of kick-off on three separate occasions in the course of the competition.

Gymkhana FC returns to football in 2019 when they participated in Singapore Island Wide League (IWL).
