BB Constantine Women, also known as Basket-Ball Constantine, is a professional handball team based in Constantine, Algeria. The club was founded in 1994 and currently plays in the Algerian Handball Championship, the top tier of Algerian women's handball.
BB Constantine Women has a rich history in Algerian handball, having won numerous titles both domestically and internationally. They are one of the most successful clubs in the Algerian Handball Championship, winning the title a record 12 times, including six consecutive titles from 2010 to 2015.
The club has also had success in continental competitions, winning the African Handball Champions League twice, in 2015 and 2016. They were also runners-up in the competition in 2017 and 2018.
