Wikipedia - MEVZA League

The Middle European League or MEVZA League is a regional volleyball league, contested by the club teams from the Middle European Volleyball Zonal Association (MEVZA). The season consists of two stages; the regular league season, and the final four tournament. The most successful teams are ACH Volley (men's edition) and SVS Post Schwechat (women's edition), with eleven and five titles, respectively.

Established in 1992, the competition was initially named Interleague and was played between 1992 and 2002. In 2005, the league was reestablished under the name Middle European League.
